The Kent Autistic Trust is a very well respected charity providing support for adults with autism. We are an innovative charity providing day and living support and day activity services supporting over 80 people over 15 sites across Kent and Medway. We have an excellent reputation with services accredited by the National Autistic Society Accreditation Service. Hourly Rates:
Weekday Residential - £7.85
Weekday Day Service - £7.69
Weekend - £8.00
Waking Night - £10.00
Sleep in rate - £60.00

Hours: Shifts are offered on an ad hoc basis
Examples of shift Patters:
- Waking Nights - 9.30pm to 7.30am
- Day Service - 9am to 4:30pm
- Split Shifts - 7.30am to 10am then 4pm to 10pm
- Weekend & Bank Holidays - 7.30am to 10pm
Shifts may differ slightly from the samples given above

Our bank support staff are generally employed as Individual Support Workers and help implement development strategies that have been personally designed for those we support to enable them to achieve aspirational life goals.
