We are currently expanding our service at our new day resource centre in Canterbury, and will have several interesting positions available very soon. We will be holding an open day at the centre on Thursday 9th February 2012, between 10.00 and 12.00. If you would be interested in working in an environment which supports people with learning disabilities to have a great life, then there will be an opportunity on the 9th February to come and have a chat with our staff about the various roles we are hoping to recruit for.

River Drive, Strood
Registered Home Manager
An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Home Manager at our 6-bedded home in Strood, and would suit an organised and motivated individual who was committed to providing an excellent standard of care to the people supported at the home. For this position it would be necessary to have at least 4 years of experience in a learning disabilities setting, with at least NVQ level III in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification, and the commitment to studying towards NVQ level IV. The hours will be 37.5 hours per week, and the post will include on-call duties. The salary will be £25,306 to £28,421depending on experience and qualifications.

Senior Support Worker
This position will be at our establishment in Perry's Close, Faversham. For this post, it would be necessary to have at least 2 years of experience in a learning disabilities setting, and to have NVQ II in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification. The hours will be 37.5 per week, and the salary will be £14,674 to £16,405 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
