Five year strategic objectives

  • Increase the number of people supported by 30%
  • Raise the profile of the Trust
  • Broaden the cover of our services across Kent and Medway so that more people can access local support
  • Ensure the ongoing financial viability of the Trust by adopting a full cost recovery position with regard to the costs of providing services. Retaining 2.5% of turnover for a financial emergency
  • Promote the charitable aspects of the organization
